The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) will work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing coordinated physical and behavioral health treatment. The FNP/ANP will interview consumers to obtain history, perform physical examinations, order labs and other tests, and prescribe medications and treatments. The FNP/PA will engage the consumer in shared decision-making regarding physical health issues and follow up.

The Housing Specialist assists homeless mentally ill individuals, including mentally ill chemical abusers to obtain safe, appropriate housing and to maintain residential stability. Services provided may include identifying appropriate housing options, coordinating services with housing agencies, determining client eligibility for government financed housing programs, facilitate resolution of landlord/tenant conflict, and assisting client to develop daily living skills. The Off-Site Clinic Chemical Dependency Counselor works at a maximum level of independence and responsibility, often sharing responsibility for many agency operations with the Program Director. The majority of time is spent providing direct services in the county jail. The Off-Site Substance Use Counselor engages individuals who may benefit from MAT and therapy. Develops initial and ongoing service plans and offers individual, and group counseling and psychotherapy to assist consumers in achieving the goals of treatment. Completes other duties as requested by supervisor.

The Youth Peer Advocate will be a Young Adult who is willing to self- identify as a person who has, or is receiving, mental health services as a youth or young adult, and is prepared to use that experience to collaborate with, coach and challenge other youth to view their life experiences as an opportunity for growth and change. The Youth Peer Advocate operates within a team of professionals who deliver services to consumers of Behavioral Health Services. The Youth Peer Advocate delivers peer support services with rehabilitation and recovery focus, with a primary goal of connecting individuals to community based recovery supports consistent with the treatment/recovery plan. Honesty, respect for diversity, high personal standards, professional language and behavior reflecting such values are required. Full time-35 hours weekly.

The Social-Emotional Coordinator (SEC) provides Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) supports to students within grades K?12 with the grade levels varying per site. The SEC is responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate social emotional interventions that align with the program and school goals. The SEC facilitates social emotional supports for the designated target population during the expanded learning time and designated times throughout the school day.
The Treatment Assistant provides support and motivation to the residents in developing daily living skills. The Treatment Assistant assists other staff members in monitoring resident progress. Must be able to support a trauma informed care environment.
The Coder for the Revenue Cycle helps with all functions of the organization’s revenue cycle coding to maximize cash flow.
