Job Title:  Program Director of BestSelf M-WRAP Program

Reports To: Reports to Vice President of Specialty Substance Use Disorder Services and Housing

FLSA Status: Exempt



SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

The Program Director of Best Self M-Wrap program is responsible for the successful development and operation of BestSelf M-WRAP Program

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Implement and provide direction and leadership to the staff in a manner which accommodates the needs of pregnant mothers with OUD.

·  Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and evaluate the services of a project designed to alleviate barriers to services for pregnant women with OUD;

·  Recruit, interview and hire staff necessary to fulfill the requirements of the project;

·  Ensure that all requirements of the OASAS M-WRAP grant are met throughout the life of the grant;

·  Marketing of the program to various potential referral sources throughout the 9 Counties served.

·  Responsible for the oversight of data collection including but not limited to the following measures: alcohol use, drug use, homelessness, employment, education, engagement with prenatal care services, use of MAT, birth outcomes, and child and family well-being.

·  Coordinate data reporting and evaluation with the Business Intelligence Department to prepare monthly-required reports.

·  Schedule and assigned duties are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the clients we serve.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

·  Strong leadership and project management skills;

·  Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of SUD treatment, specifically OUD

·  Possess a strong healthcare background and knowledge and skill in clinical and administrative supervision;

·  Ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

·  Excellent written and verbal skills including the ability to interpret and articulate data for a variety of audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·  Master's degree in Management (MBA, MHA, MPA) with extensive relevant health care experience PREFERRED licensed healthcare professional (Nurse, Social Worker, Psychologist, Mental Health counselor, etc.)

·  Knowledge of and experience with the treatment of both psychiatric and substance use disorder is necessary as is knowledge of care management, cultural competency and the principals of person-centered care.

·  Experience working in managerial role within a healthcare practice or system.

·  Experience with data coordination and management
