RESPONSIBILITIES: |

Essential Functions: · Partners with program leadership to develop and implement an effective performance management process. · Conduct employee relations investigation, prepare recommendations, communicate/conduct next steps to leadership. · Designs, implements, and coordinates employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction programs. · Develop policies and procedures that promote equitable and consistent employee relations. · May be needed to present terminations in person. · Manage the agency administrative leave process. · Coordinate the employee corrective action process. · Conduct employee surveys and exit interviews. · Ensure employee relations policies and procedures are in accordance with all applicable employment regulations. Maintain and manage the · Supervise, coach and develop employee relations specialist. · Promote agency's Racial Equity and Inclusion concepts · Coordinate unemployment claim disputes & represent agency at hearings · Conduct employee status reviews for negative backgrounds notifications. · Present at employee orientation, supervisor training, EMT/SMT meeting or other HR meetings/events. · Schedule and assigned duties are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the clients we serve. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. |

QUALIFICATIONS: |
|
· A bachelor's degree · Five years' human resource experience · Supervisory experience preferred |
