This program will assist individuals in developing a solid infrastructure for individuals across the region to obtain training, certification, work experience, and support in securing and maintaining employment as a CRPA. Individuals with lived experience will be trained in courses needed to earn certification. Mentees will shadow experienced peer mentors to gain experience in all areas of treatment and recovery including clinics, residential programs, clubhouses, mobile treatment, and at our clubhouses.
