Other things to consider: Counselor IV is required to meet a minimum of 750 units (full time) or 375 units (part time) per calendar year, monitored on a quarterly basis. The Counselor IV sets their own hours and coordinates their schedule with the clinic.
Qualifications: Must be fully licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT or eligible for full licensure within 6 months of hire date.
Rate of Pay: A Counselor IV with BestSelf is primarily paid per unit of service. In addition, a Counselor IV has a separate administrative rate for paid time off, required trainings, or required meetings. See below for more information.
